Everyone can enjoy singing regardless of their previous experience or ability to read music.  We’ve been doing it since the dawn of time and our voice is the first instrument we ever had.

Group singing is more important than ever in an increasingly busy and stressful world.  Singing helps with:

  • Relaxation
  • Releasing feel good hormones
  • Connecting with others
  • Being in the moment

There is a growing body of research demonstrating the importance of the arts in promoting wellbeing and better health (read the latest all-party parliamentary report here).
